As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and currently pursuing my Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, I’m deeply committed to the lifelong pursuit of excellence in leadership and coaching. For more than two decades, I’ve helped individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen their leadership, unlock their potential, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and intention. My career began in corporate healthcare before expanding into entrepreneurship, where I’ve built multiple seven-figure businesses, led the growth of a $100 million sales organization, and mentored thousands of people as they built businesses, developed as leaders, and created lives aligned with their deepest values.
Today, I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Lumina Legacy Institute, a provisionally ICF-accredited coach education organization dedicated to developing exceptional coaches and conscious leaders. With my business partner, Kyle Hosick, I also co-founded Legacy League, an exclusive leadership mastermind, and co-host the Legacy Live podcast.
